2. What kind of Shape is the Trainer in?
3. Can or Has the Trainer ever done the exercise they are training you in and do right?
4. Do they have Testimonies of client results?
5. Can or will they help you with your Nutrition/Eating Program?

6. Is the Trainer a Book Trainer? (Meaning did they just recently take a class and some test on paper) Hands on Experience is Always the Best!!!
